This Couples Workshop will provide you and your partner with the tools to be a Complete Couple. Couples will uncover the steps to affective communication, deepened emotional connection and replenished commitment. Couples will leave with a complete assessment of their overall relationship and will be provided with a workbook for continued couples growth.
Couples work is FUN! Come with an open-mind, a willingness to learn and a desire for a complete relationship! Workshop is open to couples who are dating, partnered or married. Space is limited - Reserve your seats today. Lunch is provided.

1st & 3rd Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30pm
We are excited to offer a support group for African American women. Group offers Black women a safe and supportive environment for processing relationships, enhancing communication and strengthening community.This group will explore a wide range of interpersonal issues while also incorporating cultural and gender variables.

Group is appropriate for anyone dealing with:

Rainbow Workshops

4 Hour Saturday Workshop ($150 individual/ $175 couple)

  • Week 1: Intro to LGBTQ Issues (2 hours)

  • Week 2: Affirming Parenting Practices (2 hours)

Loving and accepting parents can struggle with finding the best ways to encourage and affirm their child's sexual or gender identity. You are not alone in your efforts to become an ally and supportive caregiver.

Rainbow Workshops will:

  • Define important terms and help you develop affirming ways of communicating with your child

  • Provide a space for you to share your own coming out experience as a parent of a child who identifies as gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender

  • Enhance your ability to advocate and support your child

  • Answer questions about sexual orientation, gender identity, coming out and transitioning
